Thanks to the ergonomic design, Elviros neck pillow has a wave shape that is closer to the physiological body curve than ordinary pillows. Whether you are sleeping on your side, back or stomach, you can sleep in the most comfortable position.
Unip the removable cover and you can remove or add the insert you need, and also have the option of the blue (soft)/yellow (hard) adjustment rod to adjust the firmness, until the pillow fits you.
Please do not wash the pillow core or expose the ergonomic neck pillow to sunlight. You can remove the pillowcase for machine washing.
It is normal for you to experience some discomfort for the first two weeks as your body tries to adjust to the correct position. Our pillows are ergonomically designed to protect your spine for a long time.
The package will NOT affect the support of the pillow as it's made of high density slow rebound memory foam. It will go back to its original shape right away when the package is opened.
