Elviros Adjustable Ergonomic Bed Pillow
You may need to adjust to the pillow over several weeks. Immediate overuse may increase neck pain. Most users who slowly ease their way into orthopedic correction achieve the best results. Alternate between Elviros and the current pillow while your body adjusts.
It is a good habit to wash the pillowcase often, especially when it is new or after using 1-2weeks.
But please don’t expose the pillow in the sun in summer or wash the pillow core. Sun exposure and water can destroy the structure of the memory foam and influence the hardness of this pillow
