Yes, all our products are shipped from our warehouse in USA.

For customers within the United States, we offer free shipping site-wide.,For customers in Hawaii,Alaska and Puerto Rico,we set a uniform shipping rate of $15.

No matter which style of product you buy, you have 100 days to return your Elviros Pillow, starting from the date of placing orders. We surely advise sleeping on our products for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adapt to them. For recommendations on how to make your sleep experience better, please contact us using the information below. We will take care of it and send the full refund as we promised. 

To be eligible for a return, your Items must have no visible signs of tear and use.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Our products are shipped from warehouses in the United States.   When it comes to a product shipped from a warehouse in the United States, the product usually gets to you for up to 10 business days.   In most cases, it will take up to 5 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use it to track your order on the courier’s website. If you are registered with us, you can also see your previous orders by signing into your account.
